Pod - terra firm PAPER CUTTING -Our connection to the earth cannot be denied. As children we find pure delight in the essence of our immediate landscape. Revelling in sand and soil, collecting rocks and gifts from nature. In our adult, often concrete worlds we seek sanctuary in our holidays returning to the sea, the mountains and places that connect us to our earth, to feed and replenish our souls.

This paper cutting is created from a single piece of paper. The hand drawn design is then cut by hand with a scalpel blade. This image is then scanned so that the artwork can be laser cut into different sizes and materials. The artwork is suspended between two pieces of glass to cast an enchanting shadow.This striking PAPER CUTTING is available in a limited edition cut series of 150.
